Contact privacy
Updated October 20, 2026. This policy describes how Haymarket Tech LLC handles messages sent through our public contact form or directly by email.
What you share
The form asks for your name, email address and message. A phone number is optional. Please provide only what we need to understand your inquiry; do not send passwords, payment card details or other sensitive information.
How your inquiry is used
We use these details to read and respond to your inquiry, discuss potential work and keep relevant business correspondence. Submitting an inquiry does not subscribe you to a marketing list. We do not sell your contact-form information.
Delivery and hosting
The website runs on Render. The form sends your submitted details through Resend to our business inbox, with your email as the reply address. Our email provider also processes correspondence. These providers may process data in countries outside your own. See Resend’s data processing addendum and Render’s privacy policy for their practices.
The form does not save inquiries to the website database. Hosting and email providers may retain operational records, message content or delivery metadata under their own policies and our service settings.
Abuse prevention and security
We validate and limit submissions, check their origin and use a hidden spam field. For basic rate limiting, the server temporarily keeps a hashed network address and attempt count in memory with a ten-minute expiry; expired entries are removed on subsequent requests or when the process restarts. Hosting infrastructure may separately record IP addresses and request metadata. Our contact code does not log message content or provider error details.
The form adds no tracking cookies. The separate client portal uses authentication cookies and handles account, invoice and PayPal billing information; this contact policy does not describe all portal or payment processing. Please contact us with questions about those records.
Keeping and deleting information
Inquiries and replies may remain in business email and provider systems as needed for correspondence, ongoing work, dispute resolution or legal obligations. There is no automatic inbox deletion schedule in this form. You can ask us to access, correct or delete your inquiry information; we will review your request and explain any records we need to keep.
We use technical safeguards to reduce risk, but no online service can guarantee complete security. You can choose to email us directly instead of using the form.
